Over the past few years I have been extremely lucky to be a part of a delightful and hardworking Senior School team. The students of the Senior School (especially Room 14) work hard to achieve to their full potential.

All students in Room 14 are currently learning whether they have what it takes to take on a challenge. The fitness training has begun and students are working steadily towards meeting the chopper challenge head on. The students are also investigating a role model and looking at traits they possess to rise to a challenge.

Effective Learning Community: Room 14

This year Room 14 students have focussed on developing and working within an effective learning community in which all learning styles and needs are catered for.

At present we are learning how to manage organic waste and are in the process of deciding which options best suit our school environment.

Reading, Writing and Mathematics is an integral component of our daily classroom programme with all the skills learnt in these areas applied in our Inquiry unit.
