Nga mihi nui ki a koutou katoa!

This year room 8 have started off with a Bang! With our very own SPS Triathlon up ahead, we are more than ready to take on any challenge that comes our way as we prepare to Cross the Finish Line successfully! The students and I are so excited about our learning and what's happening in our school. We look forward to what's up ahead as we know, 'what you put in is what you get out' and our plan of action is to get the most out of every opportunity we get in our learning.

This term, room 7 is excited about their inquiry learning into finding out about what it takes to meet a challenge and become overcomers in whatever they face. We are focussing on traditional and contemporary role models to find out about what we need to be the GREATEST. We are also participating in the Westpac Chopper Challenge where students are given the opportunity to complete a range of physical activities which include:

  • a set of burpees, star jumps and sit ups

  • 2 km run
