Reading, Crochet, Walking, table tennis, travel

3. What do you like to do when you're not teaching, planning, marking or at school?

Walking, sewing, cooking

4. What was your favourite subject at High School? Why?

Geography - interested in learning about the world.

5. What is your favourite food / dish? Why?

Vegetable biryani

6. What is your favourite travel destination? Why?

India - I just love it.

7. What are your goals for 2011?

Play sport.

I have fun working with little children.

Welcome toTerm 1 - we are preparing to cross the finish line

Room 2 is a year 1/2 class consisting of 12 eager chidren who are all interested to learn. Our topic for this term is "Crossing the finish Line - How do I get there?" We are preparing for our triathlon  which will be in wek 10. We are learning about Bevan Docherty , healthy eating and physical activity  to help us cross the finish line. We are also learning how ro read and write by ourselves. We learn our words letters and letter sounds  everyday.
